We have extensive experience in project design and management, permitting, coordination of outside consultants and construction administration services. We specialize in site development which includes institutional, commercial and residential development. Past projects include: Design and coordination for projects on university campuses, commercial site plans and transportation facilities. Additionally, our staff has overseen a full range of project sizes ranging from 800 unit (160 acre) Planned Unit Developments to 4 lot minor subdivision; 40-acre light industrial sites; assisted living housing, retail sites, and apartment complexes.

UAS
Utilizing our Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV), or drone, we provide aerial photogrammetric surveys by collecting high-resolution aerial images and ground control points, measured with GPS. Our clients benefit because we produce cost efficient, highly detailed and accurate topographic surveys and ortho-rectified aerial images that are up-to-date, unlike third party provider images. UAV surveying may be advantageous in areas that might be inaccessible or unsafe to place field crews. It is also a cost-efficient way to map large areas with speed and accuracy. We have certified drone operators on staff who comply with the latest FAA regulations and operate with the highest safety standards.
